May Bank Holiday saw the launch of my 2nd collaboration with Swoon Editions in the shape of customer favourite, the 'Character Polka' print on Swoon's Karla chair shape. I was keen to see how the print would look on a more contemporary chair shape & I think it works really well & hopefully attracts a wider audience. As before, there's a limited edition run of only 10 chairs in the print, so get in there fast if you want to snap one up!

I was so chuffed to be featured in 'The Times' as a full page advert for the 'Swoon Editions' Rose Trellis covered 'Lille' chairs that are currently available on a limited edition basis. We have another very exciting collaboration together launching within the next few months so watch this space!

The concept behind 'Swoon Editions' is that customers benefit from the savings created by buying online & receiving product direct from the workshop, cutting out the need for expensive showrooms, retail space & the middleman. They are a really proactive, enthusiastic brand passionate about design with a young team pushing for the next most popular limited edition range. Their new 'Designer Collection' that I am part of is a really great way of introducing a wider audience to new & emerging designers such as myself. 'Homes & Gardens' online magazine also featured the Swoon Editions Designer Collaboration & gave me a mention - thank-you! The pop-up is a definite go-to destination for interior lovers, especially those who appreciate the bespoke nature of their limited edition mentality, also benefitting from exceptional value supplying customers direct from their artisan makers, passing on the savings to the customers without compromising on quality. The Designer collaboration I'm involved in offers everyone a chance to own 'a nudge from the norm'.

Thank-you to Australian Interior Stylist Kate Hardy for featuring my prints in the latest edition of Australia's award winning home design publication "Home Design Magazine" that's aimed at offering new design direction to the high end residential market. The article focused on home grown talent from the Sept '14 London design festival & the growing trend to buy local, to encourage & support home grown designers who design & make their products here in the UK. I'm a bit of a control freak so it was a no brainer for me to be producing my product within driving distance, so if needs be I could go speak to Suppliers & get any issues sorted. It also means I maintain the high quality standards I require & that my lovely customers deserve.
